Taxanalysis Software for Personal Tax Return Analysis
Bukers Taxanalysis software is our flagship product, helping lending institutions analyze personal tax returns and financial statements to reveal an individual’s true cash flow, financial strength, and repayment capacity.
Start with Smart. Lend with Confidence.
Helping Lenders Analyze with Greater Efficiency and Confidence
Personal tax returns often tell only part of the story. Bukers Taxanalysis helps lenders uncover an individual’s true cash flow by analyzing tax returns and financial statements in a way that goes beyond reported income alone.
The result is a clearer picture of financial strength, repayment capacity, and credit risk—while reducing the time required to complete a thorough financial analysis. Taxanalysis also includes our Global Cash Flow Analysis module, helping lenders evaluate the complete borrowing relationship.
Fast Analysis
Reduce the time required to analyze personal tax returns while maintaining the depth of analysis needed for sound credit decisions.
Analyze Multiple Returns Simultaneously
Analyze up to five years of personal tax returns and financial statements to evaluate trends, compare performance, and determine the cash flow available to service debt.
Does What Credit Scoring Software Cannot
Credit scores provide only part of the picture. Taxanalysis helps lenders evaluate borrower cash flow, financial strength, and repayment capacity when a deeper analysis is required.
Liberate Your Senior Lenders
Enable junior lenders and credit analysts to complete complex multi-year tax return analysis more efficiently, allowing senior lenders to focus on relationship management and credit decisions.
Your Multi-Year Tax Return Analysis Just Became Easier
Bukers Taxanalysis allows lenders to analyze up to four years of historical tax returns alongside one year of recurring or projected cash flow. By organizing financial information from multiple years into a single view, lenders can quickly identify trends, evaluate repayment capacity, and understand how a borrower’s financial position is changing over time.
Taxanalysis separately analyzes income-producing activities such as sole proprietorships, partnerships, S corporations, estates, trusts, rental properties, and Schedule C and F businesses. This allows lenders to see which activities are growing, which may be declining, and which generate the cash flow that supports debt repayment.
The software also provides detailed debt analysis capabilities. Existing obligations and proposed debt can be evaluated together, helping lenders understand the impact of new borrowing before a credit decision is made.
Once the analysis is complete, Taxanalysis presents multiple cash flow perspectives, including cash flow before taxes, after taxes, after existing debt, after projected debt, and after living expenses—providing a comprehensive view of a borrower’s ability to service debt.
Additional Features
Automatic Tax Return Line References

Ratio Analysis & Custom Calculations

Common Sizing & Trend Analysis
Analyze financial information as percentages to identify trends, compare historical performance, and evaluate projected results. Gain additional insight into changes in cash flow, assets, liabilities, and overall financial condition.
Notes, Documentation & Reporting
Capture notes, assumptions, and supporting documentation throughout the analysis process. Flexible reporting options help lenders communicate findings clearly and support credit presentations, loan write-ups, and lending decisions.
Comprehensive Personal Financial Statement Analysis
When a personal financial statement is the primary source of borrower financial information, Bukers Taxanalysis provides the tools needed to evaluate net worth, liquidity, leverage, and overall financial strength.
Assets and liabilities are organized into a consistent format that simplifies balance sheet analysis while allowing lenders to make adjustments when necessary. Inside and Outside Net Worth are calculated automatically, providing additional insight into a borrower’s financial position.
Taxanalysis also helps lenders identify off-balance-sheet commitments and contingent liabilities that may otherwise be overlooked. Direct personal guarantees, joint obligations, and other contingent exposures can be incorporated into the analysis, helping lenders evaluate risks that may not appear on the financial statement itself.
Key balance sheet information is summarized automatically, including liquid assets, liabilities, net worth, and adjusted financial position, providing a clear picture of borrower financial strength.
